3

Our Agent Meets You

4

Release

An agent will arrive at Killingsworth Police Department within an hour to complete any necessary paper to assure that your friend or family member gets sent home.

5

The Court Date Arrives

After the defendant is released, a mandatory court date will be made. After this is set up, the defendant must show up on time. If they do not, they will have no choice but to be sent back to jail.

6

The Bond is Exonerated

Whether the bond is exonerated or completed will be dependent on whether the defendant is found guilty or innocent.
